The Concept

An AI-powered local business services agency that offers affordable digital services to small businesses. You don't need to build anything - the tools exist. You just need to talk to clients and run the tools.

Why it works: Local businesses need websites, bookkeeping help, and AI integration - but they can't afford agencies that charge thousands. You offer the same services at a fraction of the cost, powered by AI.

AI-powered phone answering and appointment booking.

How: Set up for client. They get a business phone number that answers and books appointments.

4. Custom AI Teams

Give each employee their own AI assistant.

How: Interview employees, configure DEWER for their role, train them. Control the account.

The Problem We're Solving

Who this is for: Anyone who wants to start a services business but doesn't have technical skills. If you can talk to people and run tools, you can run this business.

Why we built it: Brian saw an opportunity: local businesses need digital services but can't afford agency prices. AI makes it possible to deliver those services at 1/10th the cost. We documented the model so others can replicate it.

What we removed: The need for technical expertise. The high startup costs. The complexity of building your own tools.
